How do I obtain a certified check from Visions? (Also known as an official or guaranteed check.)
Members can request official checks or money orders to be drawn from their Visions accounts. The checks are available at all Visions office locations or by calling our Contact Center at 800.242.2120.
Official check fees are charged as follows:
- From online or mobile banking - FREE
- From phone or branch teller ($1,000 and under) - $3.00
- From phone or branch teller (over $1,000) - FREE
- From Smart Teller (automated phone service) - FREE
