SEPs - Simple Pensions
Our Simplified Employee Pension plans (SEPs) let you make tax-deductible contributions to your employees' Individual Retirement Accounts. It's a great employee benefit that builds loyalty. And loyal employees are more productive employees.
SEPs let employers like you take advantage of much greater contribution limits than are available with regular IRAs. And there's no extensive record-keeping, government filing, or legal work required.

HSAs – Health Savings Accounts
Medical expenses can be stressful. Having a Heath Savings Account (HSA) can help.
This tax-advantaged account is designed specifically to help pay for medical expenses for people who have a high-deductible healthcare plan (HDHP). If you have employees who are members of Visions and have an HDHP, here's why an HSA could be a great benefit for your team:
- Account holders and employers can make contributions
- Balances earn tax-exempt dividends
- Funds can be withdrawn at any time
- Accounts can be monitored in digital banking
Plus, our HSAs have no monthly fees and all balances roll over from year-to-year or plan-to-plan!

Free Financial Counseling and Education
Understanding credit can be challenging, but it doesn't have to be!
Our certified Financial Wellness Officers can provide free financial counseling and education for business owners as well as employees, whether you're a Visions member or not. Topics like business credit, budgeting, or mortgages can be discussed in a confidential, one-on-one setting or taught as a group seminar. We offer educational resources online, too!
