How do I request a replacement card?
You may request a replacement card one of the following ways:
- Online – Log into your Digital Banking account or open the Visions FCU Mobile App. Open the Card Controls menu and select your card to proceed
- Secure Message – Send a message through the Live Chat to our Contact Center team while logged into your Digital Banking account
- By Phone – Call our Contact Center at 800.242.2120 menu option 4 to speak with a representative
- In-Person – Stop by any Visions branch office location
If your card may be lost or stolen, please use the Card Controls feature in Digital Banking or call our 24/7 Card Support hotline: 833.224.5785.
