For your account security, convenience, and quality of member experience, we invite you to make the most of digital banking. As you log in, here are a couple of enhancements to consider: Document Center and Visionaries.

Document Center
You could be accessing your important account documents and information like Notices, eStatements, and tax forms in one convenient place: Document Center in digital banking.
Skip the mail! By utilizing our Document Center, you’ll enjoy paperless services that are free, faster, greener, and more secure than the paper alternative. Plus, you can retrieve, review, print your statements, or change your communication preferences anytime you’re securely logged into digital banking.
It's easy to enroll in these paperless services and utilize the Document Center! To get started, log into digital banking and select Document Center under the "Services" menu, also located under your "Quick Links" on your digital banking Home page. Then, follow the on-screen prompts to enroll in your preferred services.
When you're enrolled, you can use the same Document Center menu to toggle between your Notices and eStatements and view your paperless documents while securely logged into digital banking.
Digital "Visionaries"
As digital banking features are being developed and perfected, we’re eager to get them into the hands of our members. Our “Visionaries” beta program makes it possible. This helps identify bugs, gather real-world feedback, and ensure the product meets member expectations – ultimately providing the path to a better digital banking experience for all!
You could be a beta tester! We’re allowing our newest software, which has already been tested by our own team, to be tested by our digital banking users who agree to enroll as Visionaries. They’re members, like you, who are willing to share early feedback and help us improve the service before the official launch.
We randomly select participants and offer this exclusive opportunity to those members in digital banking. If selected, you’ll receive all the information you’ll need to enroll, explore the newest enhancements, and provide feedback – directly from your digital banking Home page or the Visions FCU Mobile app.
