Interviews can be stressful, but they don't need to be. Start with the little things, like arriving early, smiling, making eye contact, and shaking your interviewer's hand. Dress professionally, too – that means avoiding jeans, ripped clothing, and holes in your clothes.
Want to impress your interviewer? Write down questions you'd like to ask beforehand – that way you'll remember them during the interview. Make sure you research the company and the job listing, too, looking for relevant experience and ways to capitalize on your strengths. Real life examples are key – use them to separate yourself from the crowd.
Finally, don't be afraid to take notes. By actively engaging with your interviewer, you'll not only show interest, but walk away with a better understanding of the job.

- What information is required for a complete application?
Complete the credit report authorization, fill out all sections of the application, and attach an updated resume.
- What is the interview process?
Once applications have been reviewed, selected candidates will be contacted by Human Resources for an initial phone screen interview. Selected applicants will be contacted to schedule an interview at the branch/department where the position is located. You can view some interview tips at the top of this page.
- Why haven't I been interviewed?
Please note the credit union receives many applications for posted positions. As a result, it is not always possible to interview every candidate. All applications are reviewed and candidates whose experience/qualifications best match the requirements for the available position will be contacted. To assist our employment team with reviewing your application, please ensure the application questions are answered completely and a detailed resume is attached.
- Do I need to submit a separate application for each position?

- What if there is not an available position at my preferred branch/location?
Available positions are updated on the credit union's career page as positions become available. If there is not a position at your preferred branch/location, please check back on a regular basis or you can set the Job Alert to be notified when job openings become available.
