How can I change my password on the Visions FCU Mobile® app?
Follow the steps below to change your password on the Visions FCU Mobile® app:
- Log in to the Mobile App.
- Select the Security Preferences tab under the Settings menu to change your password at any time.
If you forget your password, use the Forgot Password link on the login page of the app. Simply follow the on-screen directions and receive a one-time access code to reset your password. The password criteria will be displayed during the process.
If you become locked out of your account, please call our Contact Center at 800.242.2120 for assistance. Our Contact Center is open Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 6pm, and Saturday 8:30am to 2pm.
