MemberXP Best of the Best awards

Endwell, NY – Visions Federal Credit Union has been named a 2026 MemberXP Best of the Best Award winner, earning national recognition for delivering exceptional, data-validated member experiences. The award is presented by CUSG through its MemberXP experience management platform and honors credit unions that consistently translate member feedback into meaningful action.

Now in its 10th year, the MemberXP Best of the Best Awards are considered one of the credit union industry’s most respected benchmarks for experience excellence. Unlike traditional recognition programs, the awards are based entirely on direct member feedback and measure how effectively credit unions meet member needs across key moments of the journey.

“We’re always looking to make the best experience possible, and that means listening to our members,” said Tracey Wheeler, Visions’ EVP/Chief Experience Officer. “This feedback and being named Best of the Best just encourages us to double down on that to make sure every member interaction is easy, meaningful, and helps drive the relationships we’re working to build.”

The 2026 awards are based on analysis of millions of member experience data points collected nationwide using two industry metrics, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and Member Effort Score (MES). Credit unions ranking in the top 25% of performance across each experiential category earn Best of the Best distinction, with Visions recognized for excellence in Best Transaction Experience, Best New Member Experience, Best Online Banking Experience, Best Member Care Experience, and Best Mobile App Experience, with Visions as the #1 ranked credit union in that category.

By leveraging MemberXP insights, Visions continuously identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, reduce friction and strengthen member relationships, driving higher advocacy, loyalty and trust.

    Three directors were elected to Visions Federal Credit Union’s Board of Directors at its 60th Annual Meeting, held at Visions Headquarters in Endwell, NY. Joseph Lau was elected to a three-year term and Jill M. Bennedum and James J. Lewis were re-elected to three-year terms on the Board. At a special reorganization meeting held immediately following the Annual Meeting, the Board re-elected Christopher H. Marion as Chairperson, Mary C. Robinson as Vice Chairperson, Denise B. Stoughton as Treasurer, and Kelly A. Roche as Secretary of the Executive Committee. The Board appointed Charles R. Sebuharara as Associate Director.

  • Visions Teams up with Head Coach of the Syracuse Orange, Felisha Legette-Jack

    Visions Federal Credit Union is partnering with Felisha Legette-Jack, head coach of Syracuse Universities’ Women’s Basketball team, with aspirations to bring financial wellness and growth to the Syracuse area – especially for those communities frequently left out of the conversation. In partnering with Legette-Jack, Visions will work towards creating a more welcoming environment for introducing money management to young women and girls, who are typically not taught or encouraged to learn about financial wellness the way men are.
