Endwell, NY – During November and December, Visions Federal Credit Union encourages employees to give back in an annual campaign called the Season of Giving. In efforts driven by Visions employees, this year’s campaign benefitted more than 13 community organizations throughout their three-state footprint in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.

The Season of Giving supports organization-wide projects in addition to regional and local initiatives that are championed by employees. Fifteen employees organized giveback projects, including donation drives for clothes, toys, gifts, and pet supplies that were then distributed by partnering organizations and nonprofits in Visions communities.

Visions employees also received the option to convert their benefits into donations by sending recognitions to their peers or contributing unused paid time off to support select causes. These corporate efforts and others empowered employees to contribute more than $48,800 in total to causes such as the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, Children's Miracle Network, NAFCU/PAC, and The United Way chapters of Bradford County, PA, Broome County, NY, and Berks County, PA.
