Deborah Hartranft is the Chief Community Relations Officer at Berks Community Health Center (BCHC), where she leads Development, Advocacy, Outreach, Grants, and Communications. In this role, she ensures that all stakeholders—including patients, community members, board members, donors, government officials, and staff—are informed, engaged, and empowered.
Debbie brings a wealth of experience in marketing and development, having previously served as Vice President of Marketing and Development at The Children’s Home of Reading and Vice President of Marketing at Reading Truck Body. At BCHC, she has implemented innovative strategies to strengthen stakeholder relationships and advance the center’s mission.
She holds an MBA from Alvernia University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Kutztown University. Known for her collaborative leadership style, Debbie is deeply committed to ensuring that every member of the community has access to high-quality healthcare—regardless of their ability to pay.
