"I didn’t start MMC Tribe because I had it all figured out, I started it because I was suffering in silence and I finally decided to ask for help. That decision became a framework, a community, and a calling. Seven years later, the people I serve most are the ones who carry the most and feel guilty about receiving and resting. My work is to create that opening. My current mantra is “Pause before you proceed”. The pause is where everything changes."
