I have been with Visions for over ten years, having started as a teller and working my way up through a variety of positions until reaching the role of branch manager in 2013. I am responsible for overseeing a group of locations including Owego, Lockheed Martin, and Newark Valley – a trio we call the Triple Threat Team. I work daily to ask the right questions, reinforce a positive atmosphere, and focus on being a good listener. I love talking with my members and team both face-to-face in the branch and out in the community. Working with my associates to motivate, guide, and watch them develop is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.
