I've spent my entire life in the Binghamton (NY) area, where I grew up and earned an associate degree in Business Administration from SUNY Broome. I joined the Visions team in April 2017 and currently serve as Branch Manager in Cortland, where I'm committed to supporting both our members and the community. I encourage my team to excel in member service, with a focus on understanding each member's needs and treating everyone with the same care and respect we'd want for ourselves.
