What are Card Controls in digital banking?
Whether its on your web browser or in our Visions FCU Mobile app, digital banking allows our members to manage their Visions debit cards and credit cards by using Card Controls.
Take Charge of Your Spending
Starting March 31st, 2026, you can control when, where, and how much you spend – with Card Controls in digital banking. From the Card Controls menu for each debit card or credit card on your Visions account, you can have access to:
- Block/unblock your card
- Order a replacement card for one that's lost or damaged
- Set spending limits for daily expenses or transaction types
- Enable/disable cross-border transactions to suit your travel plans
Not only do Card Controls offer you control, but also transaction alerts:
- Set up transaction alerts based on your spending and security preferences
- Direct alerts to your preferred device as an email or text message
- Update your alert preferences at any time
- Manage separate Card Controls and settings per card
Card Controls may be found in the Quick Links on your digital banking Home page, or under the Services tab in your digital banking menu. Click on a card's image to get started.
