Voices of Innovation
Yosely Maldonado
Title: CEO
Organization: Fierce Femme Tribe
For over 10 years, I poured into everyone else while slowly losing pieces of myself in the process. As a woman, entrepreneur, mother, and leader, I’ve faced seasons of self doubt, burnout, fear, and feeling like I had to shrink myself to be accepted in certain rooms. But one thing I’ve learned is that confidence is not something you’re born with — it’s something you build every single time you choose yourself despite the fear.
Through my work as a confidence coach, event curator, and founder of the Fierce Femme Tribe, I’ve dedicated my life to creating spaces where women feel seen, heard, empowered, and reminded of who they truly are. Whether through coaching, retreats, community, or events like BAD MOMS, my mission is to help women stop waiting for permission and start taking up space unapologetically.
One of my biggest mottos is: “You do not need to become someone else to be powerful. You simply need the courage to fully become yourself.” I believe legacy is built the moment a woman decides to stop shrinking and starts showing up boldly for her life, her dreams, and the women watching her rise.
