This includes leadership of Brentwood Industries Gives (BIG), a key initiative focused on driving social impact through strategic philanthropy and partnerships. With over 20 years of experience in career services, workforce development, and employer relations, Alexa brings a deep understanding of how to connect educational institutions with industry needs. She continues to lead efforts to build strong student-to-workforce pipelines through internships and full-time opportunities.
Alexa holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Employer Relations and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Welfare, both from Pennsylvania State University. Her work is driven by a passion for empowering the next generation of professionals and fostering inclusive, community-focused workplace cultures.
