Why did you decide to serve?
"I wanted to become part of an organization that was symbiotic, meaning that I felt as though I could help serve while at the same time I could learn and gain new, interesting knowledge that would be applied to help the Visions community over the long run."
What do you enjoy most about being a committee member?
"What I enjoy most about being a Supervisory Committee member is learning how a larger organization develops and implements a professional system of oversight and accountability while maintaining a culture of positivity, cohesive health, and growth. Also, I've enjoyed meeting and getting to know the quality people that create the parts of the credit union as a whole, from the CEO to the Board, to our members."
