We don't want you to worry about your loans. If you're struggling with making your consumer loan payments, you can skip up to three consecutive monthly payments – penalty-free*.

And, we're waiving the policy of no more than two Skip-a-Payments in a 12-month period for this program. That means that if you took advantage of our Double Skip promotion over the summer, you're still eligible to apply.


Important Information Before Applying

Eligible loans

The following loans qualify for this relief program:

  • New, Used, and Older Used Auto

  • Personal/Signature

  • Credit Cards (with 3% available balance or more)

  • Credit Rebuilder

  • Share Secured (except Share Certificate Secured)

Please note that the following loans do not qualify for the Skip-a-Payment program:

First and second mortgages, home improvement loans, share certificate secured loans, student loans, emergency loans, vehicle leases, any purpose signature loans, community solar loans, branch business loans, member business loans, and RV/boat loans (with terms over 144 months).


Here's how it works

There are two ways to apply for the We Care 3-Month Skip-a-Payment program: use the online application below or print, complete, and email the form to WeCareSkip@visionsfcu.org.

Online Application Instructions

  1. Click the link below to apply. You will be taken to DocuSign, a secure platform for you to enter your information and process your application
  2. Upon clicking the link, you will be prompted to enter your name and email address to initiate your claim
  3. If you have a coborrower or guarantor on your loan, enter their information, too
  4. For your security, you will be asked to input your address, date of birth, and the last four digits of your Social Security number
  5. On the next screen, you will be asked ID verification questions. Select the appropriate responses and hit "next"
  6. Once verified, the next screen is the application form. Input the following:
    1. Your Social Security number
    2. Payment method (Monthly, Biweekly, or Weekly)
    3. The number of payments you'd like to skip (3 for Monthly, 6 for Biweekly, etc.)
    4. Your payment amount
    5. Your loan ID
    6. The due dates you would like to skip (date ranges are acceptable, i.e. 4/28/2020 - 6/28/2020)
    7. Your phone number
    8. Your email address
    9. Your digital signature

Then, simply hit "Finish" to submit your request.

  3. Payment method (Monthly, Biweekly, or Weekly)
