Emergency Loan

We get it – you have bills to pay. That's why we're offering a no-interest, no-hassle Emergency Loan for members who have been directly impacted by a loss of income caused by the coronavirus. This includes, but is not limited to, layoffs, unemployment, or a hardship due to the care of an immediate family member. Featuring:

Please note that the Emergency Loan program is only designed for hardship caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

*APR = Annual Percentage Rate. Rates and terms available on new loans only. Certain relationship criteria are required to receive rates – ask for details. Credit union membership required with $25 minimum deposit – certain restrictions apply. Check with a Visions Federal Credit Union representative for membership eligibility details. Loan amounts range from $1,000 - $5,000. Emergency Loan payment would be $416.67 on a $5,000 loan at 0.00% APR with a 12-month term. We Care 3-Month Skip-a-Pay

We don't want you to worry about your loans. If you're struggling with making your consumer loan payments, you can skip up to three consecutive monthly payments – penalty-free**.

And, we're waiving the policy of no more than two Skip-a-Payments in a 12-month period for this program. That means that if you took advantage of our Double Skip over the summer, you're still eligible to apply.

Mortgage Forbearance/Modification Program

We’re offering a 3-month forbearance on mortgages for those who have been affected by this crisis***.

By requesting this program, your principal and interest payments will be suspended for three months and these deferred payments will not negatively impact your credit standing.

90 Days No Payments on New Auto Loans

We understand that you may need a new vehicle during this time. We also understand that it might not be in your budget. That's why – effective March 23, 2020 – you have the option of delaying your first payment for 90 days on new auto loans****.

New or used, cars, trucks, and motorcycles – any new auto loan you take out on or after March 23, 2020 qualifies. Ask your lender at closing how to take advantage of this offer.

Important Information for Vehicle Leases

If you have a Visions auto lease and have been directly impacted by a loss of income caused by the coronavirus, including, but not limited to, layoffs, unemployment, or a hardship due to the care of an immediate family member, please give us a call at 800.242.2120, ext. 10282. Representatives are available Monday-Friday, 8 am – 5 pm to discuss your options.

Fee Relief and Rebates

To further help our members, we will be temporarily waiving and rebating a number of ATM, overdraft, and credit card fees.

Suspension of Regulation D Transfer Limitations

Effective April 28, 2020, we’ve suspended the Reg D requirement which limited members to six monthly automatic transfers/debits from savings accounts. This change was made with our members' interests in mind, but please note that Reg D is a federal mandate and may be reinstated at any time.
