No, you do not need to download anything. Video calls are web based, so all you need is an internet connection.

What if I lost my confirmation email/text?
Call us at 800.242.2120 to request a new Digital Appointment confirmation email.

Do I have to be logged into online banking to book an appointment?
No, you do not have to be logged in to book an appointment.

How do I manage my appointment?
A confirmation email and text message will be sent to you after booking your appointment. Use the "Manage this Booking" button in the email or the link in the text message to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

How do I join my virtual or phone appointment?
If you selected a phone appointment, you will receive a phone call at your scheduled appointment time on the number you provided.
If you selected a video appointment, open any of your appointment emails or text messages to find your meeting link. When it’s time for your meeting, click the link to join.

Your appointment can be virtual, in person, or over the phone. You'll choose from a list of locations that offer the service you selected.
