Visions Estate and Trust Services in partnership with MEMBERS Trust Company offers local advice and trust administration in a variety of flexible relationships including: Trustee, Co-trustee, Agent for Trustee, and Directed Trustee.

Separate accounts of individual, marketable securities as well as pooled investment portfolio management is available. Special assets such as your personal residence, family farms, collectibles and closely held business interests can be managed. Tax advantaged strategies for passing your wealth to loved ones and charities are available to meet your special needs.

Estate Planning and Administration
Providing for minor children, first families, and protecting your interests in case of incapacity are aspects of a solid estate plan. We can also assist your estate in a variety of flexible relationships including: Executor, Co-executor, Agent for Executor, and Agent for Personal Representative. Visions' estate planning services are offered to our Members on a no-cost basis.

Guardianship & Elder Services
Our business enables us to know the finest senior services providers in the area. We are able to refer you to attorneys, home health care providers, local social service agencies and others who specialize in meeting the needs of elders. We can also serve as guardian of the estate of individuals.

Retirement Accounts & Planning Services
Transitioning to retirement, planning the effective distribution of qualified plans, adjusting portfolio allocations, and carefully choosing beneficiary options are key decisions we can advise.

Escrow, Exchange & Custody Services
Contract escrows, 1031 exchange intermediary, and various custody relationships can be provided by us when needed.
