Member Access Terminal (MAT)

With your Visions ATM card and PIN, you can use MAT to perform expanded financial transactions on your accounts -- 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. MAT terminals are available in the CUC, Loan Express and atrium areas of the Information Technology Center and, 17C-Owego, Binghamton East, Oakdale Mall, Wysox and Sayre offices.
