A Word from the President/CEO
 Visions Federal Credit Union, located in Endicott, New York, has assets of approx. $2 Billion,
operating close to 100 ATMs and 23 branch offices. Our branch offices are located throughout New York and Northern Pennsylvania. Visions Federal Credit Union
believes in "People Helping People" and operates as a not-for-profit financial institution, completely
owned by its members and organized for the economic benefit and assistance of its constituents. The
staff, management, board of directors and supervisory committee are dedicated to offering you
professional assistance.
We continue in our on-going efforts to provide members with the highest level of service and the most
efficient products through our innovative P.S.P. (Personal Service Plus), quality initiative program. Our
success throughout the past years has been a reflection of the commitment of our staff to create an

Supervisory Committee
The Supervisory Committee is composed of five member volunteers appointed by the Board of Directors.
It has the responsibility for assuring that the Board of Directors and management establish practices and procedures to safeguard members' accounts and credit union assets. To do this, the Committee arranges for independent internal audits, verification of member statements, reviews of internal controls, and a CPA financial audit. A Committee members also attends the monthly Board of Directors meeting. A special post office box has been established for members to report perceived credit union violations of rules and policies, unethical behavior, disagreement on account balances or complaints that were not fully resolved to member satisfaction by management.
