Visions would like to recruit interested members to evaluate their experience while visiting and calling the credit union branches in your community.
Your feedback is so important that Visions FCU will pay each Mystery Shopper $10 for each in-person shop, and $5 for each telephone shop that is completed.
SHOPPER REQUIREMENTS:
- Credit union member*
- Microsoft Word (or MS Works)
- E-mail
- Flexibility to visit several branches
We are especially interested in members who are able to visit our branches in any of the following areas: Syracuse, Norwich, Watkins Glen, Elmira, Horseheads, and Spencer, NY; Sayre and Wysox, PA.
If you are interested, and meet the requirements above, please fill out and submit the Mystery Shopper form at the bottom of this page. Thank you in advance for your willingness to assist us!
* Must be 18 or older. Visions Federal Credit Union employees, volunteers, and their families are not eligible.
Based on the volume of responses, not everyone will be able to participate, but there may be other opportunities in the future.
